A good number of top young football talents from Calgary are in Ottawa for the coming inaugural CanadaFootballChat.com Prospect Game. The event features more than 70 of Canada’s best high school players. And the event will be held at TD Place Stadium (formerly Lansdowne Park) in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada.
Among the Calgary-based players, five of them stand out and is heralded as the best. They are:
- Charlie Deland – Defensive Back of the St. Francis Browns
- Max Von Muehldorfer – Middle Linebacker of the Bishop Caroll Cardinals
- Jaden Caston – Running Back of the Bishop O’Byrne Bobcats
- Ty Anderson – Offensive Lineman of the Centennial Coyotes
- Xavier Vaillancourt – Quarterback of the Cochrane Cobras
Also, CFL ON TSN and CFL Legends panelists Matt Duningham (Team Duningham) and Henry Burris (Team Burris) will serve as the head coach of the game. Also, Fahran Lalji will be the play-by-play commentator and will deliver the call together with Duane Forde, the game analyst for the event.
